  • The Development: Pattern making, sampling, and grading provided 230 paid minutes of fair-wage work in India.

  • The Craftsmanship: Expert sewing provided 30 paid minutes, and intricate machine embroidery provided 25 paid minutes of fair-wage work per garment in India.
