Every journey has a weight. At that green store, we take responsibility for ours by providing 100% carbon-offset shipping on every order. We invest in certified carbon-removal projects to balance the scales of every delivery, ensuring your order arrives with a clear conscience.

Overview

We curate products from a collective of conscious brand partners. To minimize our footprint and ensure the freshest selection, your items are shipped directly from the artisans and vendors that create them.

International Orders & Customs Duties

To bring you the best in sustainable, slow living, we curate pieces from mindful makers both in the US and across Europe.

Orders shipped internationally — including pieces from our European makers to the United States — are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

This means customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.

Please note: some products — including our Kvist skincare line and made-to-order custom items — are fulfilled from the United States for US customers and will not incur customs duties upon delivery.

We understand customs fees can be unexpected. Unfortunately, if a package is refused or uncollected due to unpaid customs fees, it will be returned to us at cost. In this case, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend checking estimated duties with your local customs office before placing an international order.

Multi-Vendor Fulfillment

As a multi-brand boutique, your order may arrive in separate packages. This allows us to ship directly from each vendor, reducing unnecessary detour stops at a central warehouse. Some items, including our exclusive t-shirt designs, are crafted to order at our that green store atelier and may take up to 12 business days to arrive.

Please note: our print-on-demand products (t-shirts, hats, socks, and other custom items) are fulfilled by a separate partner and ship independently. An additional shipping fee may apply when ordering these items alongside other products.

Processing: Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Nordics & Baltics: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your items begin their journey, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If your order includes pieces from different partners, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Uncollected Packages

For orders delivered to pickup points, please ensure you collect your package within the carrier's specified timeframe. Packages returned due to non-collection may incur a return fee, which will be deducted from any potential refund.

Returns & Damage

While we offset the carbon for outgoing shipping, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@thatgreenstore.com as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product.
