The Development: Pattern making, sampling, and grading provided 300 paid minutes of fair-wage work in India.
The Craftsmanship: Knitting provided 80 paid minutes, cutting and sewing provided 55 paid minutes, and meticulous finishing (washing and ironing) provided 50 paid minutes of fair-wage work per garment.
