  • The Development: Pattern making, sampling, and grading provided 300 paid minutes of fair-wage work in India.

  • The Craftsmanship: Careful intarsia knitting, finishing, and intricate hand-embroidery provided 150 paid minutes of fair-wage work per garment in India.
